Shouting and Pointing is currently at work in the 410 E. Dixie St. studios in Bloomington on its second album. The album is not yet titled.
The band is aiming for an August 2009 release. Fingers are crossed.
Songs slotted for the new album include two songs dating from the “Incident on Dixie Street” sessions: “Beard Week” and “Better Never Than Late.” New songs include “Shepherd’s School,” “Matthew Manning and the Mysterious Force,” “Wolves,” “You Will Hear Various Reports,” “Plussing and Taking Away,” “The Jimmy Carter UFO Sighting,” and several more yet-to-be-titled songs.
